Shipping & Delivery

Amy Jewelry is an online jewellery retailer operating exclusively online. We work with international fulfilment partners and do not operate a physical retail store.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. There are no additional delivery charges from us after payment.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 4 to 8 business days. In total, you can usually expect your order within 5 to 11 business days of placing it.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing, and may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are dispatched from international fulfilment facilities. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your shipment.

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@amy-jewelry.com with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order before processing begins.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. You can still return the item within 30 days of receipt. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
